I believe this as sometimes it works fine and others it doesnt. Thanks, I am thinking the indoor control panel board is going bad. The RS Control Panel inside is PCB 7750D Assy 7751. Also, I noticed in the panel with the circuit breakers there's a "cir pump relay". The wireless control board outside is a Jandy PCB E02525-ASSY E02538. I checked continuity on these 4 thinner wires which is valid so I know it's not a break in the wires between the controller and the pump. These are much thinner wires than the ones powering the pump (above) so assuming the pump itself steps down the voltage to a much lower voltage and am assuming it's still AC power into the control panel. The wires are red, black, yellow, green which run from the pump to the control panel. I was also thinking about checking to see if the voltage is live to the control panel itself but I'm not sure which wires to touch. Read through the instructions completely before operating the equipment. The instructions must be followed exactly. I tested continuity to the two non ground wires and there doesn't seem to be a break. This document gives instructions for operating the Jandy AquaLink® RS OneTouch Indoor Control Panel. Corporate Aqua Products Blueriiot Grand Effects Jandy® Polaris® Zodiac® Pool iAquaLink® Blog Nature2® Cover-Pools®. Which leads should I touch my voltmeter to if I check the power leading into the pump? There's 3 wires, 1 is ground and the other two. I haven't checked the voltage into the pump yet but figuring if that has power to the pump then this controller is likely bad. I named this Normal speed in the speed setup page. HE gave 1300 to replace entire control board or 635 to replace 4 relay switches. there are bunch of ants inside the panel. The pool cleaning guy asking me to replace control panel as relays are short circuited by ants. When this activates it will turn on the filter pump power control & start the VS pump running at speed 1. No communication to pool pump and indoor control board. Checked all wiring and circuit breakers and everything looks good. The way my schedule is set up now is that I have a schedule item for the filter pump that runs say between 10am and 2pm. ![]() Noticed today that the controller panel is dark with no display visible and the buttons do nothing. Both are about 3-4 years old and have run with no issues. ![]() Hello All, I have a Jandy pro series variable pump and the Jandy JPE controller.
